Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Supervisor (Electrical) at Ittefaq Group. The Senior Supervisor (Electrical) will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of electrical construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards. They will lead and manage a team of electricians, coordinate with other departments, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. The Senior Supervisor (Electrical) will also provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical systems.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Communication, and Team Management skills
- Electrical installation
- HT/MV/LV panel
- All type of electric motors
- Strong wiring knowledge
- Experience in accounting and finance
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience Required: 10 years
