We are looking for a skilled HR Executive with expertise in BPO recruitment to join our team. Your role will involve attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent to meet our company’s goals.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels and manage the recruitment process effectively.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and provide support for acclimation.
- Guide new employees through orientation and company culture.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records, assist in HR policy development, and procedures implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Proven experience in HR, especially BPO recruitment.
- Strong HR best practices knowledge and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
