Job Description
As a Talent – Campus Recruitment Consultant in this FTTE role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing campus recruitment initiatives for the company. Your main duties will include identifying potential talent from universities, developing relationships with campus career centers, and overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish.
You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure the successful onboarding of new talent and provide a positive candidate experience.
