  • Create and manage budgets
  • Assist with script development and storyboarding
  • Hire crew members and secure access
  • Shoot B-roll footage and conduct interviews
  • Collaborate with the director on capturing compelling visuals
  • Work closely with editors on structure and flow
  • Develop distribution and marketing strategies

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of documentary production experience
  • Strong storytelling and creative vision
  • Proficiency in camera operation and editing software
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
