The candidate must have experience in 360-degree recruitment for Bulk hiring in both Technical and Non-Technical positions. They will manage recruitment across the company and be proficient in platforms like LinkedIn, Rozze.pk, indeed.com, and other ATS systems. - Job Specification:
Requires BBA/MBA/MS in Business Studies with HR major, 1-2 years experience in Talent Acquisition (BPO sector preferred), hands-on practice in the recruitment cycle, and expertise in bulk hiring and conducting interviews daily. - Benefits and perks:
Group Life insurance, Health insurance, Provident Fund, EOBI, Annual Leaves. Salary Range: 70,00-100,00.
