Job Description
Location: I-11, Islamabad
Timings: Second-Shift, Night
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with drivers and brokers for efficient freight transportation.
- Optimize routes using advanced routing software.
- Utilize cutting-edge dispatch software for effective operations.
- Prepare dispatch documents accurately and promptly.
- Monitor shipments for on-time delivery and resolve issues.
- Maintain communication with drivers, brokers, and customers.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless logistics operations.
- Adhere to transportation regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months experience in freight dispatch or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient in English with good written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with dispatching software and relevant technology tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make effective decisions.
- Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Additional certification or training in logistics is a plus.
