Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support mostly remotely, with occasional on-site work as needed. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings and appointments
- Handle email and phone communication on behalf of the Director
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Occasionally work on-site at the office as required
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Schedule: Primary working hours will be during Pacific business hours (Pakistan 9 pm – 5 am), with some flexibility to accommodate the Director’s needs.
Compensation: Annual salary of 50,00 PKR. Fuel allowance is provided if working on-site.
