What your typical day will look like
- Manage talent acquisition process, collaborate with departmental managers, develop job ads, identify recruitment channels, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Undertake employer branding activities, implement best practices for staffing requirements, and improve employee lifecycle.
- Oversee HR service delivery operations, analyze workflows, and bring process improvements.
- Manage performance appraisal cycle, conduct TNA, develop training programs, and track HR analytics.
- Enforce HR policies, build employee morale, and stay updated on HR trends and employment law.
What you need to succeed at this role
- BS/MS degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with 3-4 years’ relevant experience.
- Self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Commitment to ongoing HR learning, negotiation, and presentation skills.
