Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager – Rewards & OD. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective reward and recognition programs, as well as creating and delivering a comprehensive organizational development strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement competitive reward strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Create and execute performance management systems.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Identify and develop strategies for talent development and succession planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in rewards management and organizational development.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing innovative reward programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
