Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager in Human Resources to join our team. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with HR experience to further develop their skills and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the recruitment process
– Coordinate new employee on-boarding
– Provide support in employee relations matters
– Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
– Maintain accurate employee records
– Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs
– Support performance management processes
– Develop and deliver training programs
– Stay informed about current HR trends
– Support HR Manager in various projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
– 3+ years of experience in HR roles
– Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
– HR certification is a plus
