Job Description
Position: Human Resources Executive
Company: Teletalk Services
Location: Avenue Building PECHS BLK 6, Sharah e faisal, Karachi
Working Hours: 9PM to 6AM
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the HR team with administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews, processing paperwork, and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinating recruitment efforts, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assisting with employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Handling inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR information.
- Making monthly payrolls of employees.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
