We’re seeking an HR Executive to oversee HR practices, including recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Oversee employee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 1-3 years of HR experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
