Job Description
- Effective utilization of ATS and enhancement in automation dashboard reporting
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to determine their fit for the organization
- Assist in forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs at the group level.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance
