Job Description
As the HR Manager for the IT department, you will play a vital role in overseeing all human resources functions within our technology-focused organization.
Your responsibilities as an HR Manager – IT will include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures specific to the IT department.
- Managing recruitment and selection processes for IT positions, including conducting interviews and collaborating with hiring managers.
- Providing support and guidance to IT employees regarding HR-related matters, such as performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
