Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also be involved in employer branding activities to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring
- Strong skills in employer branding and creating a positive candidate experience
- Excellent interviewing skills
- Proficient in recruiting tools and technologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
