Job Description
Bachelors in Mechanical/Industrial engineering with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience. Master’s Degree preferred.
- Plan, manage, and oversee all production aspects in a manufacturing/assembly plant.
- Analyze current production methods and quality issues.
- Develop improved production processes.
- Implement cost-reductive changes.
- Maximize machinery and worker productivity.
- Ensure product specifications and quality control.
- Train, supervise, and manage production line workers.
- Enhance process speed and efficiency while maintaining quality.
- Implement quality control measures for effective monitoring.
- Ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
- Educate employees on machinery operations.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and diagnose issues.
- Work within budgetary plans to meet production goals.
- Communicate with clients and vendors for materials/equipment.
- Adhere to safety rules and regulations.
