Job Description
Responsible for installing & performing minor repairs on computer hardware and peripherals.
- Responsible for sending problematic hardware or defective products to vendors or technicians for repair.
- Responsible for testing computers and ensuring proper software installation.
- Identifying and solving any problems affecting computer systems.
- Maintaining computers and other equipment.
- Overseeing maintenance and upgrades of computer systems or recommending upgrades.
- Networking and connecting computers in the organization for improved communication.
- Troubleshooting computer problems and maintenance.
- Repairing computers and equipment on component levels.
