Role Description
Grand Media Marketing is currently looking for a full-time Telesales Specialist to join our team in Islamabad. As a Telesales Specialist, your responsibilities will include generating sales leads, obtaining orders, answering customer queries, and maintaining customer databases. You will also be responsible for providing product information and pricing details, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in telesales or customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and desire to succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
