Job Description
Position Purpose
This role involves overseeing employee benefits, payroll processing, employee data management, onboarding new hires, and offering continual employee support.
Job Description
- Manage employee data in HRIS, handle new hires, process transfer requests, manage leave requests, and conduct audits.
- Issue offer letters, contracts, and maintain personnel files.
- Assist in payroll data collection and benefit administration.
- Support onboarding and compile reports.
- Manage employee exits and ensure legal compliance.
- Respond promptly to employee queries.
Experience and Qualifications
- MBA/BBA in HR required.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Specific Requirements
- Knowledge of HR practices.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Preference for offshore/BPO experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English.
- Shift: 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
