Job Description
- Ensure that all patients’ safety measurements are implemented.
- Prepare the setting according to the O.T Procedure.
- Save empty vials of injections.
- Maintain records of patients’ names, MRI numbers, quantities, etc. for narcotics.
- Assign patient numbers and sort them.
- Manage patients’ admission numbers in HMIS.
- Maintain monthly records of patients with details of surgeons and anesthesia doctors.
- Fill consumption papers.
- Scan consumption papers.
- Handle consumption of implants.
- Manage HIMS consumption of patients.
- Verify and record approval of HIMS consumption.
- Keep records of general consumptions.
- Prepare requisitions for general order items.
- Handle requisitions for medical and disposable items.
- Dust and clean the store.
- Audit the store for all items.
- Assist the Head of Department with any assigned tasks.
