Job Description
The incumbent oversees day-to-day operations to ensure timely shipment delivery, managing first to last mile for customer satisfaction. Responsible for implementing policies, managing budget/resources, and improving service performance. Maintains service quality, ensures compliance, and drives operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee picking up and delivering packages, route planning, and vehicle maintenance for timely deliveries.
- Manage courier staff by hiring, training, and monitoring performance.
- Handle customer inquiries/complaints promptly and effectively.
- Implement/enforce company policies, safety protocols, delivery procedures, and service standards.
- Monitor operational processes for quality and financial aspects such as budgeting and cost control.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of similar experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Graduate in Supply Chain or Engineering.
- Comfortable collaborating with various business groups.
