Job Description
Position: Manager Contracts
Location: Cnergyico Corporate Office, Clifton, Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management.
Experience: At least 12 years of procurement and contracting experience, with 5 years in the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct Market Due Diligence to increase supplier base and serve as a contact point for all contract-related matters.
- Communicate and present contract information to stakeholders.
- Monitor, close out, extend, or renew contracts as required.
- Handle claims efficiently and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Develop, negotiate, evaluate, and execute various contracts in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Lead annual contracting plans for materials and services and support RFP processes.
- Manage contracts, supplier relationships, and collaborate with internal departments.
- Develop strategies to maximize efficiency, expand vendors, reduce costs, and minimize liability exposure.
- Support risk-management for hassle-free contracting of materials and services.
