Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of FTTH deployment projects.
- Oversee site surveys, planning, and preparation activities.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders for permits and clearances.
- Supervise field teams in cable installation and testing.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field technicians.
- Document project milestones and progress reports accurately.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in telecommunications or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in FTTH projects highly desirable.
- Thorough understanding of fiber optic technology and installation techniques.
- Commitment to safety practices and protocols on-site.
