Job Description
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in our organization by overseeing various HR functions. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, training, and compliance. You will be involved in creating and implementing HR policies, conducting interviews, and providing support to employees regarding HR-related queries.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a good understanding of labor laws. Previous experience in HR roles and familiarity with HR software are preferred.
