Job Description
The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers with proven ability to manage administrative tasks, process orders efficiently, and maintain accurate customer data within SAP/CRM systems. Eager to contribute to achieving sales goals and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team on their daily tasks.
- Act as a customer touchpoint by handling inquiries, product details, and issue resolution via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, verifying all details and completeness of documentation.
- Monitor inventory, track stock movement, and collaborate with other departments for on-time order dispatch.
- Manage customer information by updating the CRM system with contact details, interactions, and sales data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of sales operations experience
- Hands-on knowledge on how to use SAP
