Job Description
Qualification & Experience:
- BBA / MBA
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience working in a relevant field
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build effective relationships with Key Accounts in the market, plan visits to the outlets, and ensure proper ordering and SKU wise stocking of products.
- Ensure timely release of payments for all Key Accounts, including necessary documentation, invoice verification, system updates, and payment logs.
- Register New Product Developments (NPDs) as per the format shared by Key Accounts, provide article details, share samples, and register at the regional level with Key Accounts. Communicate product pricing, barcoding, sampling, and validate product registration on the Key Accounts’ system.
- Check product availability in the market and update stock as per the requirements of Key Accounts.
- Ensure smooth execution of all sales-related activities, from supply chain processes to end user purchases.
- Analyze selling trends of stock for the last three months, evaluate growth percentage, and forecast the required stock accordingly, taking into account the current and previous year.
- Prepare monthly RSF reports by collecting data from the sales coordinator.
- Create presentations for monthly and quarterly reviews, presenting the budget consumed, trend and growth analysis, and targets achieved by SKU, brand, cartons, and region.
