Job Description
Job Summary:
Perform independent audits of batch records and associated documents for finished pharmaceutical products per SOP, ensuring accurate entries in SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit batch records and documents, verify SAP entries, and report risk reviews promptly.
- Submit Right First Time (RFT) data monthly for rectification.
- Review risk assessments and change alerts diligently.
- Report change controls and deviations as per SOP.
- Investigate non-compliance root causes detected during audits.
- Maintain product packaging info for Pakistan.
- Manage returned goods integrity and make SAP decisions with QA-QMS Compliance Head approval.
- Create/update cGMP-compliant SOPs and provide necessary training.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- PharmD or master’s in chemistry/applied chemistry with strong communication and computer skills.
- Familiar with WHO and ICH guidelines, skilled in data compilation and analysis.
- 1-3 years’ experience in reputable pharmaceutical firms.
