Job Description

Job Summary: Ensure clients receive top-notch technical assistance. Responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills
- Maintain a friendly yet professional relationship with the customer
- Listen to customer problems attentively
- Efficient troubleshooting of customer problems with maximum FCRs
- Efficiently resolve customer queries related to Service requests and/or complaints
- Take ownership of the issues, resolve with lesser escalations
- Efficiently coordinate with other team members for timely resolution of escalated customer queries
- Attend trainings, workshops, and conferences to improve job knowledge
- Should be available minimum 8 hours in office, 24/7 on phone & email In Case of Emergency
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 Year experience in System Support
- Basic knowledge of Asterisk and VoIP Applications
- Client-end Infrastructure engineering & Administration
- Basic level Linux System Administration
- Basic level Windows System Administration
- Basic level Networking
- Basics of Network Security
- Basics of Cloud infrastructure (Digital Ocean, AWS, Open Stack)
