Job Description
ABS International is looking for a skilled Sales Training Manager to lead our training strategy, manage its implementation, and assess its impact. This key position involves identifying training needs, developing appropriate programs, and promoting employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current training programs and suggest improvements for increased engagement and effectiveness.
- Maintain the quality and relevance of training materials and initiatives.
- Stay informed on the latest training methods and industry standards to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Recognize training opportunities to address business changes or industry developments.
- Conduct or oversee relevant training sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Training Executive or Manager.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs.
- Proficiency in various training techniques, including mentoring, coaching, e-learning, and workshops.
Salary:
- Competitive and in line with industry standards.
Shift Timing:
- 6 PM to 2 AM
