Job Description
We are searching for a dynamic and reliable individual to join our Customer Success team in the role of Customer Success Specialist. As part of this role, you will play a crucial role in establishing strong relationships with our clients and ensuring the seamless implementation of our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Address client queries promptly and professionally through various communication channels (e.g., phone, text, email, live chat).
- Facilitate product demonstrations and assist in the deployment process, driving product adoption through efficient onboarding and training procedures.
- Evaluate client requirements, conduct market research, and prepare relevant documentation to support product development and client success initiatives.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the development team, offering valuable insights for product improvement.
- Set up demo accounts for demo environments and facilitate feature testing.
- Develop client communication materials and oversee the production of instructional videos/articles for self-guided learning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Outstanding verbal and written English language communication abilities.
- 1-2 years of experience in account management and support, preferably in SaaS product support.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to laptops and mobile devices.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
- Customer-centric approach with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work swiftly, attentively, and accurately.
