Job Description
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 8 to 10 years in leading AI teams, setting up AI departments, and mentoring junior resources.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning concepts, algorithms, and applications.
- Ability to develop and implement AI strategies aligned with business goals.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Julia).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the AI department, defining its vision, mission, and objectives.
- Create and implement an AI strategy aligned with business goals, identifying opportunities for AI adoption.
- Hire, mentor, and manage a team of AI professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
