Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager Sales at Elaan Marketing located in Islamabad. As an Assistant Manager Sales, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with sales operations, including generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Urdu
