Job Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Executive to join our team in Islamabad, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle job applications through various channels
- Conduct interviews and facilitate hiring processes
- Manage orientation for new hires
- Prepare hiring reports and employ recruitment marketing techniques
- Coordinate callbacks, reference checks, and support recruitment activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
Skills:
Excellent communication, HR knowledge, strong negotiation, interpersonal relationships, organization, and MS Office proficiency
Shift Timings: 3PM – 12AM PKST
Location: Evacuee Trust Complex, F-5/1 Islamabad
