Job Description
Position: Finance Business Partner – Sales
Company: Agile HR Consulting
Location: Karachi
Qualification: ACCA/ICMA Part Qualified
Experience: 7-8 years in finance, with 2 years in a deputy manager commercial finance or finance business partner sales role in manufacturing.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop financial plans with Sales team aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends for revenue enhancement.
- Prepare financial models to evaluate sales initiatives.
- Provide insights for performance improvements to meet targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain for financial alignment.
- Lead financial reviews and presentations to senior management.
- Monitor KPIs for progress tracking and accountability.
- Support pricing strategies and trade spend optimization.
- Mentor junior finance team members for continuous learning.
Salary Budget: 170,00 – 200,00 plus Medical and 1 gross bonus
