Job Description
NorthBay is looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Architect proficient in backend programming and SQL databases. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in software development, strong .NET expertise, and a deep understanding of Generative AI. Responsibilities include leading architectural design, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring top-notch software quality.
Location: Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in .NET, SQL, and server-side programming languages
- Knowledge of Generative AI technologies is a plus
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Prior product development experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead backend development design using .Net
- Basic understanding of UI development and web applications
- Optimize SQL databases focusing on MySQL or MSSQL
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices
- Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing
