Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Pioneer Enterprises in Lahore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling trucking and dispatching services to potential clients. The day-to-day tasks may include identifying new leads, cold calling, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and building strong customer relationships.
What We Offer?
- Basic Salary 35,00/- PKR to 40,00/- PKR
- Commissions in Dollars
- We’re doubling the basic salary for employees who achieve a $700 (3 Active Sales) sales target, along with additional incentives on top

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated sales experience in the transportation industry
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
