Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the position of AM/Sr. Executive Organizational Development. As a member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, designing, and implementing initiatives to enhance the performance and growth of our organization.
You will be responsible for conducting detailed organizational assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address them. - Developing and implementing leadership development programs
- Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
