Job Description
SourceCode is looking for a skilled individual to join our team as an International Customer Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Actively listen to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain a positive demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document and update customer interactions in our system.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer service processes.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a desire to exceed expectations.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous call center experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
