Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Sialkot. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of day-to-day branch operations, meeting business objectives, growing the business, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your primary focus will be on effective people management, business development, customer relationship management, and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in banking, including 5+ years of managerial experience in a similar role
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and business growth while managing risk and compliance
• Ability to manage and develop people at different levels and design and implement effective processes and controls
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of banking products and services, regulations, and technology
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality services and experiences
• Detail-oriented, with an ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in using banking software and systems
