Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit & Compliance Lead to join our team at Taj Group of Petroleum Service. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the company’s audit and compliance functions, collaborating with departments to develop strategies ensuring adherence to best practices.
Role Description:
- Develop and implement audit and compliance programs tailored to business segments.
- Conduct audits to evaluate processes and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate to identify risk areas and mitigate compliance issues.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and lead training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: MBA (Finance), ACCA, CA, or CMA
- Minimum Experience: 6 years in audit, compliance, or risk management
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles and practices
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and sound judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in auditing software
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
