Responsibilities
- Translate market trends and company vision into product requirements and functional specifications
- Develop processes to ensure efficient scaling of payments
- Assist in managing relationships with financial institutions
- Identify important trends and incorporate them into business strategy
- Support governance processes for business payments
- Utilize market research and competitive intelligence to identify new market opportunities
- Collaborate with customers, development, support, sales, marketing, and management teams to design features and specifications that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction
- Work with the development team on wireframes and prototypes to improve the application’s usability and functionality
- Enhance the digital payments experience for value chain partners by reducing friction and incorporating digital features for a better customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the digital financial services industry
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as JIRA
- Experience with flowcharting tools, like Microsoft Visio
