Job Description
Requirements:
- Education: BBA/MBA
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with banking experience or strong contacts in the banking sector will be preferred.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Legal and Regulatory documents: Prepare client agreements and addendum with assistance from senior stakeholders.
- Tender and Proposal: Prepare essential documents as per client requirements.
- Vendor Registration: Gather data from relevant departments and prepare documents as per client requirements.
- Meetings: Build strong customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs.
- Training: Assist clients with demos of new and existing products and guide subordinates as well.
- Invoicing: Timely dispatch of invoices, coordinating with the Finance Team and ensuring invoices reach the right POC via email and hardcopy.
- Outstanding: Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely clearance.
- Off Hour Support: Provide broadcasting services to corporate clients even outside working hours and on weekends/holidays.
- Product or service problems: Supervise complaint handling for financial institutions and find ways to improve customer service quality.
