Job Description
Role: Senior HR Manager
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Salary: PKR 80,00 to 100,00
Responsibilities:
1. Involve in strategic level decisions with the management
2. Lead recruitment and talent acquisition
3. Manage employee interactions and mediate conflicts
4. Develop performance evaluation systems and provide guidance to employees
5. Develop and update HR policies for legal compliance
6. Oversee employee benefits programs and payroll processing
7. Manage HR databases and handle administrative tasks
Requirements:
1. Master’s degree in HR field.
2. 5+ years of HR management experience
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Knowledge of HR laws and best practices
5. Proficiency in HRIS
