Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Accounting Supervisor. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and leading a team of accounting professionals
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements
- Managing month-end and year-end closing processes
- Monitoring and analyzing financial data
- Implementing and improving accounting systems and processes
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
