Job Description
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Handle incoming calls at the call center with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in reserving seats, providing information on schedules, routes, and fare details.
- Address inquiries regarding special services, promotions, and amenities offered.
- Reservation Management:
- Efficiently manage seat reservations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Work closely with the operations team to coordinate and update reservation systems.
- Complaint Handling:
- Receive and document passenger complaints with empathy and understanding.
- Conduct initial investigations to assess the nature and severity of the complaint.
- Resolution and Escalation:
- Resolve straightforward complaints promptly, providing solutions or alternatives to passengers.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
- Communication:
- Maintain clear and open communication with passengers to keep them informed of any changes, delays, or disruptions in service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, reservations, and complaints.
- Generate reports on customer feedback and trends for continuous improvement.
