Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Officer – Dispatch Operations to join our dynamic team at our Kahuta Road facility in Islamabad. We are in the retail/FMCG industry, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers.
As an Officer – Dispatch Operations, you will manage dispatch operations for efficient and timely product delivery. This role is vital for optimizing logistics operations and enhancing delivery routes to reduce costs and boost efficiency.
- Manage dispatch operations, route optimization, and inventory coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams for accurate inventory and timely delivery.
- Monitor KPIs, implement corrective actions, ensure transportation compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement for dispatch operations effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
- Proven experience in dispatch operations or logistics management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in logistics management software is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
