Job Description
Candidate should be Retired Army Officer with experience in Security Services
Client Management
- Ensure smooth management of all existing contracts
- Maintain regular contact (physical meetings, telephone calls, emails etc.) with clients. The physical meetings schedule to be strictly followed
- RMs to Visit All clients once a month
Business Development
Enhance Business Development (“BD”) efforts at the country level for the company to meet annual targets. Ensure:
- Weekly BD call with COO based on assigned target companies
- Monthly review and updating of BD List
- Focus should be upon:
- Identified companies/ entities
- Embassies/ Foreign Universities
- NGOs
- Pharmaceuticals
- Oil & Gas
- Industrials
- RMs to have minimum 3 BD meetings per week with potential clients. Detailed report to be submitted during weekly BD call
Financial Efficiency
- Monthly closing of all operations data to be completed by 8th of following month and submitted to Accounts Department. Closing of Accounts by 8th of following month including Financial Statements, Variance and Profit Analysis
- Critical review of Expense Base as part of Monthly Closing of Accounts:
- Management / Supervisors / Guards Salaries
- Fuel
- Accommodation Rents / Deductions
- QRF Vehicles assigned to projects
