If you have a CS degree, impeccable English communication skills, technical expertise, and a knack for handling foreign clients and agile project management, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead voice projects with a focus on quality, timeliness, and adherence to project objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and take proactive measures to mitigate challenges.
- Effectively communicate with international clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues resolved promptly.
- Facilitate agile scrum processes and ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical insights to the team to guide project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong and fluent English communication skills.
- Knowledge of technical terms.
- Proven experience in project management with a focus on voice-related projects.
- Ability to manage and collaborate with international clients and cross-functional teams.
