Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the effective usage of all electrical and instrumentation, across the plant ensuring optimal functionality.
- Participate and contribute to a strategic capacity in all departmental, management, and plant meetings.
- Schedule and supervise maintenance work management ensuring minimum downtime.
- Review annual budget for the department and monitor budget utilization throughout the year.
- Plan periodic maintenance operations improvements that help minimize downtimes and improve processes.
- Review the technical details and budget, after the completion of corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance, calibration, and shutdown process, to ensure the settlement of orders.
- Inspect the technical details of the orders, after the completion of the refurbishment process and work clearance management. Also, ensure the settlement of orders.
- Take a round of the plant and ensure the working of electrical & instrumentation operations.
- Prepare maintenance strategy for reliability and uptime.
- Attend the departmental meetings, to resolve the daily issues pertaining to the sections related to electrical and instrumentation.
Requirements
- Reporting to: Head of Engineering
- Preferably B.E (Electronics) with around 12 years of experience
