Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project or product management, with a proven track record of success in diverse and complex projects, particularly within the IT startup ecosystem. The Product Owner will play a crucial role in driving the development and execution of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development process from conception to launch, collaborating with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Work closely with development teams to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy and roadmap.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and optimizing processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing demands and delivering results under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project or product management.
• Proven experience working on diverse and complex projects, preferably within the IT startup ecosystem.
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Strong familiarity with marketing tools, lead generation tools, or SaaS platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interfacing with US/UK/Aus clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Highly analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
